Jackie is Chief Delivery Officer for Public Sector Partnership Services, a Company wholly owned by Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council. She draws on her 25+ years of experience of delivering ICT and Digital across Local Government, Finance and Managed Service Provider sectors.

Jackie has been working in a senior management role for the past 15 years and is a member of the Company’s Senior Leadership Team responsible for the strategic delivery and operational oversight of the ICT and Customer Contact services.

Supporting the largest Council partnership in the Country, the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership, Jackie is focused on using technology and innovation to improve the internal and external Customer experience whilst delivering operational efficiencies.
